What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, leading status calls and maintaining CRM records.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Translate SEO, PPC, and social media KPIs into clear monthly reports and actionable insights.
• Perform quality assurance on all client-facing work to ensure it remains on-brand and accurate.
• Identify growth opportunities for clients and present strategic recommendations in collaboration with sales teams.
• Troubleshoot client issues proactively and escalate concerns when necessary.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an Account Manager or in a related role.
• Fluent English (oral and written) is required.
• Must be based in South Africa or LatAm to align with 9 am to 5 pm MT working hours.
• Strong proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
• Foundational knowledge of digital marketing concepts.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
