What you will do

• Design and develop new features across hirify.global's entire product range.
• Build ultra-low latency market data and order execution solutions.
• Solve complex latency and throughput challenges in equities, options, futures, and FX markets.
• Normalize and analyze high-volume real-time data streams.
• Collaborate with a high-skilled engineering team to innovate and deploy technology into new markets.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
• Proficiency in C development under Linux.
• Strong knowledge of multi-threaded application development and IP networking.
• 3+ years of experience in a Tech firm, preferably within the financial space.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in Krakow or be able to work in a hybrid office/remote model.

Nice to have

• Experience with automated testing, including unit and integration tests.
• Proficiency in Python or Java programming.
• Knowledge of financial trading concepts and protocols, including FIX.
