What you will do

• Develop and maintain fintech applications for Linux environments.
• Implement new features, optimize existing functionality, and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Work within a microservices architecture using Solace messaging systems.
• Participate in daily syncs and weekly retrospectives to ensure project alignment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in C++ development, optimization, or system design.
• Strong understanding of performance-critical applications and safe memory management.
• Knowledge of programming patterns and best practices for clean, maintainable code.
• Understanding of event-driven architecture and messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Solace.
• Basic knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Must be based in Poland to support hybrid/remote work requirements.
