What you will do

• Design and build platforms powering funding strategies, optimizing inventory allocation, and streamlining stock loan workflows.
• Own the end-to-end engineering delivery of strategic funding initiatives from requirements through to production.
• Develop scalable and reliable platforms to reduce manual processes in funding and inventory workflows.
• Innovate creative solutions to complex business and technical problems impacting multiple business areas.
• Partner with global stakeholders to model and digitize firm business processes and strategies.
• Manage the full software lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile best practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience in an object-oriented language (Java, Python, C++).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM subject (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and unit testing experience.
• Proficiency in SDLC practices, including version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to navigate, understand, and debug large, unfamiliar codebases.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to handle non-trivial system interdependencies.
