What you will do

• Break down large projects into manageable tasks and ensure timely delivery through iterative phases.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics to articulate technical constraints and manage risks.
• Maintain system availability by creating monitoring metrics and supporting on-call efforts.
• Contribute to the engineering community by participating in the interview process and growth activities.
• Develop and implement recovery strategies to manage loans through the delinquency lifecycle.

Requirements

• 2.5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer.
• Proficiency in either Python or Kotlin for backend system development.
• Experience with distributed systems, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
• Ability to write clear, well-tested, and extensible code within a large codebase.
• Must be based in Poland.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills for global collaboration.
