What you will do

• Maintain electrical systems, low and medium voltage switchgear, and circuit breakers.
• Perform electrical repairs on energy-from-waste boilers, compactors, heavy equipment, fans, and mi-jack cranes.
• Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and maintain detailed maintenance work records.
• Participate in site shutdown inspections and equipment tear-downs.
• Utilize layout plans, blueprints, and equipment manuals for new installations and repairs.
• Operate the Maintenance Management Program for equipment history and work order reviews.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an industrial maintenance electrician.
• Strong working knowledge of 120 to 480 volts.
• Ability to work from heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions.
• Qualification to wear a full-face respirator.
• Ability to work Mon-Fri day schedule (6am-2:30pm).
