What you will do

• Assist senior team members with system upgrades and workflow improvements.
• Deploy security patches and perform routine hardware and operating system maintenance.
• Support the installation and configuration of network infrastructure and cabling.
• Consult on system backup plans and maintain documentation and logging processes.
• Test disaster and system recovery procedures to ensure operational continuity.
• Provide on-site technical support and user assistance at various field locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be willing and able to travel up to 80% of the time.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with AutoCAD or similar engineering/drawing software.
• Prior experience in cabling infrastructure installation.
• Background in network design and installation.
