What you will do

• Process high volumes of purchase orders in ERP systems to ensure timely warehouse fulfillment.
• Create essential shipping documentation, including packing lists, invoices, and BOLs.
• Manage incoming customer communications via email, messages, and calls to resolve issues.
• Handle return authorizations and provide freight quotes to clients and team members.
• Develop in-depth expertise in tile product offerings and maintain operational reports.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, operations, or a related industry.
• Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST.
• Proven experience as a client service representative with strong computer and basic math skills.
• Familiarity with different CRM or ERP systems and practices.
• Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills to determine customer needs.
• Detail-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without micro-management.
