What you will do
- Handle customer inquiries via email, live chat, social media, and phone.
- Troubleshoot issues calmly and provide solutions for consumer electronics and e-commerce products.
- Undergo assisted training to develop skills and deliver top customer support.
- Work as part of a large international team serving multinational clients.
Requirements
- Speak Mandarin at advanced level (minimum C1) and English at intermediate level (B2 minimum).
- Located in Malaysia.
- Interest in e-commerce, consumer electronics, and customer satisfaction.
- Fast learner, proactive, excellent at troubleshooting.
- Dedicated quiet workspace at home.
- Technical setup: 15 Mb/s download/upload internet (latency <120 ms), 8 GB RAM, Windows 11/macOS 13+, Intel Core i5-8260U or better, integrated graphics, smartphone (Android 10+/iOS 16+).
