What you will do
- Provide support to customers via email, live chat, social media, and phone.
- Troubleshoot technical and service-related issues calmly and efficiently.

Requirements
- German: C1 minimum required
- English: B2 minimum required
- Must have a dedicated quiet workspace at home
- Internet speed: Minimum 15Mb/s download and upload with latency <120ms
- Hardware: Minimum 8GB RAM, Windows 11 or macOS 13+, Intel Core i5-8300H or better
- Smartphone: Android 10.0+ or iOS 16.0+ for two-factor authentication
