• Lead a team of 8+ Comprehensive Project Managers to meet defined performance metrics.
• Manage team success metrics focusing on quality, cycle time, and accuracy.
• Provide regular recognition and feedback to team members based on performance.
• Oversee, train, and support the onboarding process for new Project Managers.
• Monitor capacity, goals, and objectives for the team.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations for remote employees within the assigned region.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 5+ years of claims experience in the insurance industry or relevant leadership in adjacent fields.
• Experience with high-end property such as interior design, fine arts, antiques, or couture fashion.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Deep knowledge of insurance policies and claims practices.
