What you will do

• Launch the Italian market by identifying banks, lenders, and collection agencies and building a robust pipeline.
• Test and optimize multiple GTM motions to create a scalable market entry playbook.
• Run the full sales cycle: from discovery and shaping commercial terms to negotiation and closing.
• Manage long-term partnerships with Heads of Collections to expand product adoption.
• Collaborate with forward-deployed engineers to oversee the technical integration of the AI platform.
• Full ownership of the Italian market P&L and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Must be based in Italy.
• Native-fluent Italian language proficiency.
• Background as a non-technical startup founder or Head of Sales in a tech company.
• Proven track record of selling complex, high-value products.
• Operational relentlessness and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
