What you will do

• Develop and execute business unit strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
• Manage RFP/RFQ/RFI processes, bidding, tendering, and all customer-related contracts.
• Oversee P&L responsibilities for assigned business units to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
• Act as the primary focal point for customers within the relevant business unit.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to build complex commercial proposals efficiently.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with government agencies and commercial partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 3+ years of experience in a combination of sales, pre-sales, or product development roles.
• Proven track record in P&L management and business unit leadership.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
