IT Project Manager (Infrastructure)

TL;DR

IT Project Manager (Infrastructure): Managing complex core technology, infrastructure, endpoint, and real estate projects to deliver corporate function outcomes with an accent on project lifecycle management and stakeholder engagement. Location: Hybrid in Mexico City (requirement of working at least three days a week in the office)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end complex core technology projects to achieve business and corporate function outcomes.
• Develop and maintain high-quality project plans, risk registers, and dependency maps throughout the project lifecycle.
• Partner with management and cross-functional teams to resolve scope and resource challenges.
• Track program status, financials, and project artifacts using tools such as Planview, Agile Place, and Azure DevOps.
• Ensure strict compliance with project management methodologies and auditing requirements.
• Coordinate application release schedules and develop comprehensive resource plans.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in large-scale, complex infrastructure technology environments.
• Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience managing project financials and budgets.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including CxO.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Must be based in Mexico City to fulfill the hybrid work requirement (3+ days/week).

Nice to have

• PMP, Scrum, or other recognized Project Management certifications.
• Experience managing global project teams.
• Proven track record of delivering projects specifically using Agile methodologies.
• Experience and certifications in evaluating and implementing Cloud solutions.
