What you will do

• Lead the design and scaling of intelligent data platforms using multi-agent AI architectures for complex analytical tasks.
• Implement orchestration layers and guardrails for agent coordination, memory, and tool usage.
• Integrate mathematical engines (symbolic and numerical solvers) into LLM-driven workflows.
• Engineer scalable batch and real-time data pipelines and RAG-based memory systems using vector databases.
• Establish LLMOps/MLOps practices for deployment, monitoring, and evaluation of mathematical correctness.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring engineers and defining architecture standards.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering or distributed systems with production delivery.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed processing tools like Spark and Kafka.
• Experience building LLM-based systems, agent frameworks, and using vector databases.
• Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, probability, statistics, and optimization.
• Experience with scientific computing libraries like NumPy, SciPy, and SymPy.
• Proven system design capability and technical leadership experience.

Nice to have

• Exposure to the Aviation or OCC domain.
