What you will do

• Build and scale next-generation Conversational AI platforms using LLM-based agents and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
• Develop automation agents for critical banking functions such as KYC, compliance, risk monitoring, and customer service.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines utilizing vector databases and knowledge graphs.
• Optimize LLM performance through advanced prompt design and parameter-efficient fine-tuning techniques.
• Operationalize ML solutions by building APIs, SDKs, and CI/CD pipelines with automated retraining and drift management.
• Establish engineering standards for model fairness, security, explainability, and disaster recovery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI/ML, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a quantitative field.
• 5+ years in AI/ML engineering or large-scale digital product engineering.
• Proven experience deploying AI/ML solutions within regulated environments, preferably in Banking or Financial Services.
• Expert-level programming in Python for ML/AI engineering and Generative AI applications.
• Deep knowledge of transformer models, agentic AI systems, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus), and SQL/NoSQL systems.
• Proficiency in Azure AI Foundry or AWS SageMaker, including Docker and Kubernetes.

Nice to have

• Ability to quickly build and test AI prototypes while maintaining enterprise-grade security.
• Experience with emerging tools like LangChain, CrewAI, and Bedrock.
• Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical requirements and business objectives.
• Understanding of Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and multimodal AI.
