Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer

What you will do

• Build and scale voice and chat Conversational AI platforms using LLM-based agents and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
• Develop AI automation agents for KYC, compliance, risk monitoring, and customer service.
• Implement RAG pipelines with vector databases and knowledge graphs for enterprise search.
• Design prompts, optimize LLMs, and apply parameter-efficient fine-tuning techniques.
• Operationalize embedding models and custom ML solutions through APIs, SDKs, CI/CD pipelines, automated retraining, and drift management.
• Establish standards for model fairness, security, explainability, disaster recovery, and operational resilience while translating analytics into business solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or another quantitative field; a Master’s degree in AI/ML is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or large-scale digital product engineering, ideally in banking or digital transformation projects.
• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions in regulated environments, preferably banking or financial services.
• Expert Python skills for ML/AI engineering and Generative AI applications.
• Experience with MLOps, MLflow, CI/CD, Tableau or Power BI, cloud AI platforms, serverless deployments, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of transformer models, multimodal architectures, agentic AI, vector databases, knowledge graphs, SQL/NoSQL systems, LLM evaluation, and observability.

Nice to have

• Experience rapidly prototyping AI solutions while maintaining enterprise security and compliance.
• Experience with LangChain, CrewAI, Bedrock, RLHF, and multimodal AI.
• Active participation in the AI community and strong communication with non-technical stakeholders.
