What you will do

• Architect secure, end-to-end AI and Generative AI systems for hybrid, cloud, and on-premise environments.
• Design and optimize high-throughput APIs to serve complex AI models and agentic workflows.
• Implement and automate MLOps pipelines to track model lineage, versions, and production stability.
• Manage containerization and scaling of AI services using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Execute FinOps practices to monitor and optimize token usage and cloud compute expenditure.
• Communicate technical vision and solutions to high-level stakeholders in the financial sector.

Requirements

• Extensive experience designing and managing containerized AI/ML applications in regulated enterprise environments.
• Proven track record in both NLP and Computer Vision deep learning models.
• Expert-level knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, NoSQL, and Vector Databases.
• Deep understanding of Azure or major cloud platforms and on-premise deployment constraints.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical decisions to stakeholders.

Nice to have

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Domain experience in banking, financial compliance, and data residency laws.
• Experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
