Senior Full Stack AI Engineer

What you will do

• Architect secure end-to-end AI and Generative AI systems for public cloud and on-premise environments.
• Design and optimize high-throughput APIs for AI models and agentic workflows.
• Implement deep learning solutions across NLP and computer vision using transformer architectures, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Build retrieval systems with embedding models and enterprise vector databases.
• Containerize, scale, monitor, and deploy AI services with Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps pipelines.
• Optimize data processing, model inference, token usage, cloud compute, and production costs while communicating technical decisions to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive experience launching and managing containerized AI/ML or data-intensive applications in regulated enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure or another major cloud, and on-premise architecture, security, and networking.
• Expertise in deep learning for NLP and computer vision, including transformers, embeddings, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Strong proficiency in Python, advanced data processing, SQL, NoSQL, vector databases, Big Data tools, and API gateway design.
• Experience with production model monitoring, MLOps, cloud infrastructure, and token or inference cost optimization.

Nice to have

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Banking experience involving data residency, financial compliance, and legacy core banking systems.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, Azure AI Studio, or Kubeflow.
