What you will do

• Plan and oversee water supply evaluations, groundwater production well installations, and well testing.
• Lead field data evaluations and prepare well permit applications.
• Generate technical specifications, bid documents, schedules, and budgets for hydrogeologic tasks.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Collaborate across disciplines to deliver high-quality project findings to clients.
• Provide guidance, training, and oversight to junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience in water resources or hydrogeology.
• Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration or licensure.
• Experience in water supply well specifications, pump selection, and aquifer pump tests.
• Strong understanding of federal and state water regulations and permitting.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding, including background checks and drug screens.

Nice to have

• 5-8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Active participation in professional engineering organizations.
• Experience engaging and presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
