What you will do
- Plan and oversee water supply evaluations, groundwater production well installations, and well testing.
- Lead field data evaluations and prepare well permit applications.
- Generate technical specifications, bid documents, schedules, and budgets for hydrogeologic tasks.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
- Collaborate across disciplines to deliver high-quality project findings to clients.
- Provide guidance, training, and oversight to junior staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
- Minimum 5 years of related work experience in water resources or hydrogeology.
- Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration or licensure.
- Experience in water supply well specifications, pump selection, and aquifer pump tests.
- Strong understanding of federal and state water regulations and permitting.
- Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding, including background checks and drug screens.
Nice to have
- 5-8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Active participation in professional engineering organizations.
- Experience engaging and presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
