What you will do

• Lead product demonstrations for transit agencies, operators, consultancies, and potential partners.
• Partner with Account Executives to develop agency-specific strategies and pitches to overcome blockers.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong business cases.
• Organize and run 2 to 3-day onsite workshops to train agency staff and demonstrate value.
• Run pilot programs to derive quantitative savings and results to inform business cases.
• Translate complex engineering concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working at or with a transit agency.
• Understanding of transit passenger information, planning, operations, and data standards.
• Strong analytical skills and a love of data.
• Ability to travel on average once a month across North America for agencies and conferences.
• Must be based in the US or Canada (Ontario/BC); no visa sponsorship provided.
