What you will do

• Perform name screening and searches on prospective and existing customer bases.
• Review and document disposition of hits, promptly escalating true or potential hits.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on screening work performed by various business units.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Front Office to request and verify necessary information.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory laws, compliance policies, and risk management procedures.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Singapore
• Degree or Diploma holder.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in name screening.
• Proficiency in both written and verbal English and Chinese
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and a high aptitude for technology.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
