What you will do

• Manage back-office risk by maintaining controls over customer and firm cash, suspense accounts, and exception handling.
• Execute daily trust and custody computations in strict compliance with SF(LCB)R regulations.
• Reconcile security quantities against sub-custodian statements and verify asset encumbrances.
• Monitor Financial Resources to ensure continuous compliance above Total Risk Requirement limits.
• Prepare and submit quarterly regulatory filings via the MAS-Tx portal.
• Partner with global teams to support system migrations and report automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial operations or regulatory reporting within a broker-dealer or financial institution in Singapore.
• Deep understanding of MAS Risk-Based Capital frameworks and SF(LCB)R requirements.
• Experience managing back-office ledger systems and Swift/API data feeds.
• Proven ability to manage time-sensitive regulatory deadlines independently.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional and global stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Superset.
