Equity Execution, Manager/AVP (Night Shift)

Location: OCBC Singapore; night shift

What you will do

• Execute trades and manage orders, including order handling, broker liaison, and client engagement.
• Supervise the trading order management system.
• Develop and execute equity strategies to support business growth and improve customer experiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, senior leaders, and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
• Communicate complex information clearly and collaborate across teams to deliver business outcomes.

Requirements

• Degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with a record of delivering business growth and improving customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building stakeholder relationships.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze market trends and develop solutions.
