What you will do

• Execute trades and manage orders, including supervision of the trading OMS.
• Liaise with brokers and engage with clients to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and execute equity strategies to drive business growth.
• Analyze market trends and data to identify new opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and senior leadership.
• Communicate complex financial information clearly to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar equity execution or trading role.
• Proven track record of delivering business growth and improving customer experiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to work night shifts as required by the role.
