What you will do

• Review account opening and KYC/constitutional documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to identify and resolve documentation deficiencies.
• Input and maintain client data within the Bank’s Client Onboarding System.
• Track and monitor outstanding documentation to ensure timely account activation.
• Partner with the Compliance team to ensure all processes align with the latest regulatory requirements.
• Implement and manage a controls framework to mitigate static errors and enhance operational processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in private or retail banking in a similar capacity.
• Relevant university degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work onsite at the Singapore office.
