What you will do

• Review account opening and KYC documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to identify and resolve documentation deficiencies.
• Update and maintain data within the Bank’s Client Onboarding System.
• Liaise with Compliance to ensure processes align with the latest regulatory requirements.
• Support the implementation of a controls framework to identify risk areas and mitigate static errors.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in private or retail banking.
• University degree.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented approach to documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
