What you will do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for hirify.global Yearbooks, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
• Identify and champion opportunities for innovation using AI, personalization, and collaboration capabilities.
• Define and monitor key product metrics (activation, engagement, retention) and establish experimentation best practices.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including customer interviews and usability testing, to translate findings into actionable requirements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch, collaborating with Design, Engineering, QA, and Marketing.
• Create clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while managing dependencies and risks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior-level role.
• Proven track record of owning multiple product areas or a portfolio from strategy through optimization.
• Experience delivering customer-facing products in SaaS, consumer, or B2B2C environments.
• Proficiency with product analytics and BI tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, GA, or Metabase.
• Strong ability to balance quantitative data analysis with qualitative customer insights.
• Experience working within Agile product development environments.

• Experience in EdTech, publishing, content platforms, or marketplace businesses.

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
