What you will do

• Direct the design, development, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes for assigned areas.
• Analyze product and equipment designs to determine optimal manufacturing methods.
• Interpret product math data to develop necessary tools, fixtures, and equipment for production.
• Review, approve, and oversee the build, tryout, and installation of process and equipment designs.
• Collaborate with product and design engineering to enhance manufacturing feasibility of new designs.
• Provide technical direction and support to operations, maintenance, and external suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant education.
• Demonstrated experience with manufacturing equipment, tools, and automotive assembly processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause capability.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future immigration sponsorship.
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle.
