What you will do

• Lead federal customer engagements by delivering consulting services aligned with hirify.global delivery models and federal compliance/security standards (e.g., FedRAMP, FISMA, GovCloud).
• Develop tailored data governance strategies that enable knowledge transfer and drive measurable business and mission outcomes.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Engineering, Product, Support, and Executive stakeholders to align with federal acquisition cycles and priorities.
• Identify expansion opportunities by mapping hirify.global capabilities to agency modernization efforts and evolving mandates/compliance requirements.
• Meet or exceed utilization goals and contribute to repeatable delivery excellence and account expansion.
• Lead blueprinting, design workshops, and requirements gathering for federal customers.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (Secret/TS/TS-SCI).
• 5-10 years of consulting experience supporting U.S. federal agencies with knowledge of data governance, data management, or data quality.
• At least 2 years of experience with cloud platforms, network-based API integration (REST/JSON), and deployment automation.
• Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, infrastructure and platform, plus big data technologies such as Spark and Hadoop.
• Proficiency with Linux CLI and enterprise security solutions such as LDAP or Kerberos.
• Experience with data quality, data pipelines, data orchestration/job control tools, and building functional/technical specifications; familiarity with hirify.global or comparable technologies.
