What you will do

• Lead enterprise data governance and data intelligence implementations using the Collibra platform.
• Design and configure scalable governance operating models, workflows, and metadata models aligned with client goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and providing executive communication.
• Integrate Collibra with broader enterprise environments including CRM, ERP, data warehouses, and AI governance use cases.
• Mentor junior consultants and ensure high quality across all Collibra project deliverables.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution estimation, proposal development, and client presentations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 8+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or enterprise data consulting.
• 3+ years of hands-on Collibra implementation experience.
• Possess Collibra Ranger, Solution Architect, or related Collibra certifications.
• Proven ability to lead implementation workstreams from strategy through rollout and adoption.
• Flexibility to travel periodically based on business and client needs.

Nice to have

• Experience in higher education, nonprofit, healthcare, or public sector environments.
• Familiarity with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, or Workato.
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
