What you will do

• Monitor daily logistics operations including shipment tracking, inventory movement, and fulfillment processes.
• Analyze operational trends and logistics data to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting within internal systems and tracking tools.
• Coordinate field team logistics and equipment distribution.
• Collaborate with Operations, Field Teams, and external vendors to resolve escalations.
• Track inventory levels and manage ticket workflows via Salesforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics or an analytical role (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move equipment weighing 25+ lbs.
• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA for full-time onsite work.

• Experience with Salesforce, CRM, or ticketing platforms.
