What you will do

• Work directly with external partners to understand technical requirements and translate them into solutions built on the Datastore.
• Lead technical conversations with partner engineering teams to support API integrations and data access patterns.
• Design and implement custom solutions on both Beacon and partner platforms to expedite integration.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to improve observability, troubleshooting, and data workflows.
• Leverage partner feedback to refine APIs, data models, and internal documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US for this remote role.
• 5+ years of experience developing and supporting data platform solutions.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role delivering solutions to external partners.
• Strong proficiency in SQL with experience designing analytical or operational data models.
• Proficiency in a data-oriented programming language such as Python, Julia, or R.
• Experience with APIs (GraphQL/REST) and modern BI tools like Snowflake or Looker.
