Salary: $151,800 - $220,050

What you will do

• Design and optimize scalable data engineering solutions, including streaming services and cloud-based data platforms.
• Act as a hands-on technical leader, developing and implementing solutions rather than functioning solely as an architect.
• Define data engineering standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices across the organization.
• Lead high-impact, cross-functional data initiatives and modernize cloud-based data services.
• Establish and enforce data governance, security, and quality standards for enterprise data platforms.
• Mentor senior engineers and partner with leadership on long-term data strategy and roadmap planning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of data engineering experience.
• Certified AWS Engineer or equivalent AWS certification required.
• Expert proficiency in Python, Spark, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and distributed data systems.
• Proven track record of building streaming data solutions and scalable platforms.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available (including CPT/OPT).

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake.
• Advanced AWS data services certifications.
• Experience modernizing legacy data platforms into cloud-native ecosystems.
• Experience building reusable data services and frameworks used by multiple teams.
