What you will do

• Oversee and monitor performance of administrative and accounting teams in the Philippines.
• Review and process contractor invoices and update property assignments.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to increase operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate onboarding, outboarding, and training sessions.
• Provide direct administrative and accounting support to the Senior Managing Director.

Requirements

• CPA certification required.
• Latin honors (cum laude, magna cum laude, summa cum laude) required.
• At least 10 years of audit or accounting experience with a Big 4 firm.
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial role and 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic.
