What you will do

• Define material inspection methodologies and conduct studies on cost control, process control, and production yield.
• Benchmark emerging technologies to define future supply chain roadmaps and requirements.
• Lead supplier selection for new business and drive purchase specifications to ensure commodity performance.
• Establish KPIs and perform root cause analysis to resolve supply chain and quality issues.
• Validate supplier process windows on critical modules across all stages of development.
• Manage quality excursions and drive failure mode analysis with suppliers.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in science or engineering fields.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in semiconductor (Fab, Substrate, Assembly) development or manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of substrate manufacturing processes, raw materials, and packaging technologies.
• Strong skills in supplier and quality management, and analytical problem solving for HVM.
• Business level English proficiency and strong presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
