What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end bid process for IT, engineering, and transformation projects.
- Analyze client requirements and collaborate with technical experts to define optimal solution options.
- Structure project scope, deliverables, governance, team setup, and delivery models.
- Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, including responses to RFQs and RFPs.
- Coordinate contributions from sales, consulting, engineering, delivery, finance, and legal teams.
- Develop project cost estimates, pricing models, and reusable proposal content.
Requirements
- 4 to 10 years of experience in bid management, pre-sales, consulting, or project management.
- Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, economics, or a related field.
- Fluent Italian and English required.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong writing, coordination, and organizational skills.
