What you will do

• Lead and coordinate the full bid lifecycle across sales, pre-sales, legal, and commercial teams.
• Ensure all submissions align with brand, governance, and commercial standards.
• Champion the use of internal AI tools to enhance response quality and turnaround time.
• Curate and maintain a reusable content library including standard responses and case studies.
• Maintain visibility of bid pipelines and deliver reporting on performance and win/loss trends.
• Provide forecasting insights and contribute to post-bid reviews.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in bid management, proposal management, or tender coordination.
• Experience supporting Australian or New Zealand enterprise customers.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder RFx processes and governance.
• Exposure to pricing, commercial terms, and contract structures.
• Experience using content libraries or AI-enabled bid tools.
• Strong ability to translate technical and commercial detail into clear responses.
