What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, clinical, commercial) to deliver product capabilities in international markets.
• Translate customer challenges and business needs into clear requirements, including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog from initial intake through release readiness.
• Support product releases and go-live activities, including documentation, validation, and post-release support.
• Act as the voice of the customer by monitoring market needs to influence product priorities and the roadmap.
• Collaborate with commercial teams on product demonstrations and proposals to communicate customer value.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of Health Information Management (HIM) experience, or high school diploma/GED with 12+ years of HIM experience.
• Proven experience in healthcare software, product development, or international business environments.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse teams.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments.
• Ability to travel occasionally (up to 15% domestic and 20% international).

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare coding or classification software solutions.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
• Knowledge of additional languages beyond English.
