What you will do

• Own and maintain the product backlog, including user story creation and prioritization.
• Define clear acceptance criteria and definitions of done to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate directly with customers and stakeholders to translate feedback into impactful product improvements.
• Facilitate key agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release planning.
• Maintain a strategic product roadmap to provide visibility to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor delivery metrics such as throughput and cycle time to identify risks and communicate progress.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience managing product backlogs and writing technical requirements.
• Technical fluency sufficient to collaborate with engineering teams on feasibility and tradeoffs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to facilitate discussions and manage expectations.
