What you will do

• Partner with business functions to design and build AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Claude.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of low-code AI solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Develop and document reusable prompts, agents, and workflow templates for a shared catalog.
• Collaborate with the AI Foundation team to ensure compliance with security and regulations like GDPR and the EU AI Act.
• Conduct proof-of-concept evaluations to validate the feasibility and value of AI solutions.
• Support user adoption by developing role-specific training materials.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in solution engineering, technical consulting, or applied AI roles.
• Hands-on experience with no/low-code AI platforms (e.g., Copilot Studio, Claude).
• Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agent design patterns.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with API integrations and workflow automation.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Bad Homburg, Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or investment management.
• Knowledge of MCP server and Markdown.
