Location: Mounds View, Minnesota, USA. Minimum of 4 days a week onsite required. Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization.

Salary: $67,200.00 - $100,800.00

• Craft a flexible and reliable test automation framework tailored to product and company needs.

• Perform workflow analysis, document test results, and recommend quality improvements.
• Work with engineers to resolve software defects and optimize product configurations.
• Apply appropriate standards and procedures throughout the system development life cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization (Sponsorship is not available for this level).
• Programming experience in Python, C++, or similar languages.
• Knowledge of Medical Product verification, IEC-62304, and FDA guidance.
• Understanding of creating test protocols for verifying software requirements.
• Experience with test case management tools such as Polarion, TFS, TestRail, or JAMA.

Nice to have

• Experienced test automation in robotics or related industries.
• Ability to manage and upgrade multiple hardware and software configurations.
• Experience debugging hardware with tools like oscilloscopes and function generators.
