What you will do

• Lead end-to-end program management for new market launches across the Americas and EMEA region.
• Drive operational readiness by tracking milestones, surfacing risks, and unblocking dependencies.
• Build repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and reporting standards to support a growing portfolio of markets.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment between Risk, Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.
• Represent the team in senior-level conversations and maintain high accountability for execution.
• Identify operational gaps and ensure execution discipline through forecasting and monitoring.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in high-performance environments.
• Proven track record of building programs from 0 to 1 and operating in highly ambiguous spaces.
• Strong leadership skills with experience aligning Product, Eng, GTM, and Operations teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for senior-level stakeholders.
• AI fluency: Active use of AI tools to accelerate workflows.
• Flexibility to work across global time zones, including calls outside standard US business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with international expansion, market entry, regulatory, or licensing programs.
• Prior experience at a technology company, specifically within fintech or payments.
