What you will do

• Provide holistic ownership of client accounts and coordinate operational issues across teams.
• Ensure accounting data accuracy and maintain integrity of internal books and records.
• Support the trading desk with cash management, position levels, and ad-hoc queries.
• Assess existing processes and implement improvements to support business scale.
• Track tasks across multi-disciplined teams including Engineering and Business Intelligence.
• Review account-level metrics and remediate exceptions in reconciliations and corporate actions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with 1 year of experience or Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience in Finance, Business Administration, MIS, or related field.
• Experience extracting client investment data and running financial analysis across multiple systems.
• Proven ability to manage time-sensitive projects and ensure adherence to deliverable timelines.
• Experience identifying and implementing work automation using tools like Alteryx, Tableau, or SQL.
• Ability to build ETL data flows and ingest data into visualization tools.
• Experience executing supervisory controls and conducting detailed reviews of workflows and reconciliation outputs.
