What you will do

• Develop and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plan to drive commercial success for the T&L segment.
• Accountability for segment revenue attainment and growth, making critical build/buy/partner decisions.
• Define packaging, pricing, and positioning strategies for enterprise, mid-market, and SMB fleet operators.
• Lead and manage a cross-functional team including segment specialists, product leads, designers, and engineers.
• Manage segment-specific compliance and regulatory requirements, including ELD mandate, FMCSA, CARB, and CSA standards.
• Partner with solution and platform domain leads to identify and fill capability gaps in hirify.global's current offerings.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in commercial, product, or GTM roles within transportation, logistics, or fleet telematics.
• 5+ years in senior leadership with direct accountability for revenue or commercial outcomes in the T&L market.
• 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams or senior product/commercial leads.
• Deep expertise in the T&L market, including truckload carriers, freight trends, and regulatory environments (FMCSA, DOT, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Must be located in or able to work from Atlanta, GA under a hybrid model.
