What you will do

• Drive the roadmap and execution for AI-first products within the Short Term Disability module.
• Partner with data science teams to quantify value and identify new product opportunities.
• Build and ship working prototypes alongside engineers using AI coding tools.
• Engage directly with enterprise insurance carriers to test concepts and validate business outcomes.
• Define clear value propositions and adoption hypotheses while maintaining discipline to pivot or kill underperforming initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to support go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or high-production SaaS.
• Proven track record of at least one 0-to-1 product build in a high-velocity environment.
• Deep experience in at least one complex, regulated vertical such as fintech, healthtech, or legaltech.
• Technical proficiency to contribute directly to software prototypes and work in AI coding environments.
• Demonstrated experience building and shipping AI-driven products.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. (visa transfer sponsorship available for active U.S. visas).

Nice to have

• Experience working in the insurance or disability claims domain.
• Strong commercial instinct with experience presenting to C-level enterprise stakeholders.
