Senior Product Manager (Short Term Disability Product) (AI)

Location: New York, NY, United States

Base salary: up to $220,000 annually, plus an annual bonus and company equity plan.

What you will do

• Own features and initiatives for the Short Term Disability product line and drive an ambitious multi-year roadmap.
• Build and ship AI-first workflows, synthesis, insights, and decision-guidance capabilities for disability claims.
• Partner with data science, engineering, customer success, sales, and product marketing to identify opportunities and support go-to-market execution.
• Work directly with major insurance carriers to uncover problems, test concepts, validate product direction, and drive business outcomes.
• Write code and build working prototypes alongside engineers using AI coding tools.
• Define value propositions, adoption hypotheses, and kill criteria, then make evidence-based decisions about what to continue or stop.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or a high-production SaaS environment.
• Experience taking at least one product from concept through market validation and launch, preferably in a startup or high-velocity environment.
• Deep experience learning and operating in a complex, regulated vertical.
• Demonstrated experience building and shipping AI-driven products, with practical daily use of AI tools.
• Ability to prototype, build, and ship alongside engineers and collaborate across product, engineering, data science, and customer success.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, in sales and go-to-market contexts.
