What you will do

• Troubleshoot and repair Lambda products, ensuring they conform to MFG Quality Standards.
• Perform functional tests on workstations and server hardware.
• Track support tickets in real-time and report defective parts to the RMA/Repair Database.
• Execute testing and repair processes according to applicable work instructions.
• Provide onsite customer support service as required.
• Handle various manufacturing floor tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Proven track record in computer manufacturing or a similar hardware-focused role.
• Experience in server manufacturing, specifically hardware integration (CPU and other components).
• Proficiency in mechanical and electrical assembly, including cable routing and wiring.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a reliable work ethic.
• Must be based in San Jose and work onsite 5 days per week.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in the field or a degree/certificate in Electronics, Networking, Engineering, or CS.
• Expertise in troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems using testing equipment.
• Knowledge of Linux, command line interface, and general IT networking.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams.
• Familiarity with manufacturing quality systems.
