Senior Project Controls Manager

Location: Groningen, Netherlands; on-site

What you will do

• Evaluate data management processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Negotiate agreements and pricing with external partners.
• Prepare monthly executive and project status reports, schedule updates, and risk updates for key partners.
• Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices, and costs to ensure the best value for clients.
• Support project controls for a large-scale, high-voltage data centre construction project where safety is paramount.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience implementing cost and schedule management processes.
• Comprehensive understanding of Work Breakdown Structures and project coding structures.
• Experience in cost control, scheduling, and estimating within project controls roles.
• Degree or comparable experience in a construction-related discipline.
• Availability to work on-site in Groningen, Netherlands.
