Senior Risk Specialist (Construction)

What you will do

• Lead risk management processes across large-scale construction projects.
• Facilitate risk workshops with project stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Develop risk registers and profiles, evaluating cost and schedule impacts.
• Conduct quantitative risk analysis and create stress-test scenarios.
• Monitor contingency budgets, report risk exposure, and prepare monthly risk reports.
• Integrate risk management into project, programme, and portfolio governance while supporting project teams.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
• Strong background in risk management on large-scale, complex construction projects.
• Knowledge of project cost and schedule impacts, quantitative risk analysis, and contingency management.
• Ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops, challenge assumptions, and communicate risks effectively.
• Analytical, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Fluent written and spoken English; flexibility to travel for project and client engagements.
