Location: Hybrid (Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania)
Salary: Gross from 5,500 EUR/month

What you will do
- Make incremental product decisions based on user testing, business needs, and technical constraints to support an iterative approach.
- Co-lead discovery and delivery phases, including framing problems, researching, and presenting insights.
- Combine product metrics and user research into meaningful experiments and product decisions.
- Act as a domain expert in ecommerce and event-based products.
- Identify and execute the most impactful ways to achieve company OKRs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience in user-focused tech with a proven track record of shipped products.
- Self-sufficiency in product analytics using tools such as Mixpanel, Kissmetrics, or Chartio.
- Strong skills in user research and user testing.
- Ability to articulate product decisions and rationale to stakeholders and peers.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary product teams and goal setting (OKR).
- Must be based in or able to work from Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- Knowledge and experience with ecommerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.
- Background in deliverability, compliance, event-based products, or data management platforms.
