What you will do

• Map complex user flows, journey maps, and wireframes for core and edge cases.
• Evolve and strengthen the design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Build high-fidelity interactive prototypes with motion and micro-interactions.
• Translate business goals and strategic insights into scalable UX frameworks.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product lifecycle to improve customer journeys.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Creative teams in an agile environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product or UX Design at a Senior, Principal, or Lead level.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Must be based in Latin America (LATAM).
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, ProtoPie, Principle, or Framer.
• Deep understanding of responsive design and scalable UX patterns.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to justify design decisions through user insights.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for e-commerce, marketplaces, or digital event products.
• Familiarity with user research and usability testing methodologies.
• Experience working in fast-paced, product-led organizations.
