What you will do

• Achieve and exceed annual sales targets through new business acquisition and strategic account growth.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities across Latin America.
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from initial discovery through to closing.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with leaders in Security, Risk, Compliance, AppSec, and Corporate Investigations.
• Maintain high forecasting accuracy and rigorous sales discipline.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, partner engagements, and industry events.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Software or Cybersecurity sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas and acquiring new enterprise logos.
• Experience selling SaaS, Cybersecurity, AppSec, DevSecOps, Risk, or Compliance solutions.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, or Challenger Sale).
• Fluent Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
• Ability to travel up to 50% across Latin America.
