What you will do

• Own and execute the roadmap for a core area of the Document Verification portfolio.
• Analyze customer journeys and product performance to identify opportunities for improving verification outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, and Design to deliver innovative verification capabilities.
• Drive improvements in verification accuracy, customer conversion, operational efficiency, and fraud prevention.
• Collaborate with Growth, Customer Success, and Sales teams to align product strategy with market needs.
• Prioritize investments across competing customer, business, and technical requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Strong numerical skills for product analytics and root cause diagnosis.
• Ability to communicate first principles clearly to internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Proven ability to partner with Legal, Compliance, and Growth teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in KYC, identity verification, or financial services.
• Knowledge of ML frameworks, methodologies, and AI-informed decision-making.
• Experience in financial crime, fraud detection, and ID&V.
• Experience working in B2B2C sales environments.
